No. The patient-facing intake shows your name, your credentials, and your intro copy. Trip Flow does not appear in the patient experience.
Not in the current version. The screening protocol covers the standard contraindications for KAP, MDMA, and psilocybin. Custom questions are on the roadmap.
Patient contact info and screening results are stored securely and shared only with the provider the patient submitted to. We do not sell data or use it for training.
